Muscles will be stronger if we have many kinds of exercise to do. In case, we have to check some muscles workouts that can we do when we have some free times.  There are many kinds of area that we can improve our muscles strength, they are legs, chest, abdomen, arms, backs, shoulders, and also buttocks.   • If you want to arms, you need to take biceps and triceps exercise. This exercise is the most effective exercise to your muscles arm. You need to take some bicep exercise that is proportional with your shoulder and also vice verse. You can improve your muscles strength on the upper area with trapezius exercise that can improve your neck strength, forearm on your wrists, and also deltoid in your shoulder.
  • In the middle area that you can try are some kinds exercises that we called pectoral training in your chest, dorsal in your back, abs in your abdomen, and also lumbar in your lower back.
  • The last one is in your lower area that includes your ankles, buttocks, legs, and other parts. The exercises that you can try are calf for your ankles, gluteus for your buttocks, femoral for your hamstring, quadriceps for your legs, and also adductor for your internal thigh.
